What You'll Do

As an AI Engineer, you will focus on building and optimizing machine learning models and AI systems that solve real business problems. You will work closely with other engineers and data scientists to deploy AI-driven applications in production environments, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and performance. You’ll use your expertise to fine-tune models, improve accuracy, and implement new AI technologies to keep our solutions at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI systems that address client needs and business challenges.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to create scalable AI solutions.

  • Optimize algorithms and models for improved performance, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Apply advanced machine learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision to solve real-world problems.

  • Deploy AI models into production environments and ensure their ongoing performance and reliability.

  • Continuously monitor and fine-tune models to ensure their accuracy and efficiency in real-time use.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI technologies and integrate new approaches into existing systems.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for AI strategy and model deployment within the business.

  • Collaborate on building AI-driven applications that integrate seamlessly with other business processes and systems.

Who You are

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in IT consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

  • Strong knowledge of AI algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.

  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
